ahhh they are cheap

poison (HT USER) sent me one in bad shape (all scraped up), i sanded it down for hours, painted it, and it looks new

got mine last august and its still on with no scrapes, nothing

as shown in the pics, its subtle, yet adds style

Here's my type-r lip. It was about $85 shipped.

Nothing drastic, and flows well with body. Its a bit bigger than the stock lip as well.

Crappy pict by the way

i left mine flat black. I figured its not a huge deal, plus if i scrape it on a curb or something, i dont need to worry about the paint coming off.

If i put some son of a gun on the lip, it actually presents a shine that almost matches my color of the bumper exactly. Its very hard to tell that it isnt painted.

SRSNOS,

Where can i get the type r side skirts? I'm VERY interested!
Thanks

y is it some lips that pretty much look the same,,look a lil different when mounted??

i like the lips that show a lil bit of the painted portion of the front bumper,,,u know the big center grill part,,right under that,,
some lips mount flush with that,,and some mount a lil lower so u can see the outline of the bottom of the grill

the WW RS i like,,but the lip on THE B's car,,looks a lil hight,,and doesnt show any of the center portion of the grill

couldnt u just mount it a lil lower on the bumper??

that's the style of that lip. can't mount it any different, it's tight all the way around the bumper with no gaps, it fit's really well. I have noticed some lips show a painted portion on the bumper in the middle, and some do not, either way ABS plastic is the way to go, cheap and durable...

just looks like it doesn't sit level all the way across. Every lip for an EG that I have seen is supposed to line up with the factory paint line on the bottom of the bumper. The only one I've seen fold over is the OG Mugen lip, that the Wing West lip is designed after

not drunk bud...good try though

It's funny, you think that's how the lip is supposed to sit. Whatever man, put it on how you want it's your car...He was just saying that's not how it was intended to be mounted. It acually looks bad the way you have it. But like I said, it's your car...
