long term experience w/ POR15 rust remover???
As above, has anyone used POR15's rust converter and fiberglass body filler for rust repairs????
I don't care to spend $500 on pro bodywork for a $1000 car, so I want to DIY it.
Any info/experience is welcome.

I go here occasionally to check in. POR-15 lovers in the search.

never seen any long term testimonials though.
I think you'll find that most will recommend against glass, as tempting as it is.
Body panel adhesive and patches are better. Fusor is talked about, but when I couldn't get it and bought 3M, I find a comparison on 3m's site saying their's owns Fusor. But they would say that wouldn't they? Whatever... they both crash test, both are good. I hate rust. I've been removing it on my EG for a year. Mostly sandblasting, restoring cast suspension parts. I should've held out for a southern car, but they were all either 6k or ****. Got one owner Si $3k, no smokes, wrecks, or anything except he lived in NY for a year. Got it in N. Carolina.
After you purchase, EG's start appearing everywhere for sale. ...
