go get a flat head , a friend with skinny arms ,or a metal coat hanger
get the flat head and where the window curves going down put the flat head in the window and pull back it wont break ..pull it to where you have enough space to stick your buddys arm in it or to use a coat hanger and unock the door...

Do it.

No seriously though, call a locksmith, have him make you a spare key while hes at it and give it to a family member - that way this doesn't happen again

Do what 305accord said. You don't need a coat hanger. Just someone with skinny arms. That's all there is to it.

If you have AAA they will do it for you. They will use a slimjim instead of ghetto rigging it.

If you are in Canada better hope you aren't in an area where police are looking for a stolen car. If you get caught with tools that can be used to break into cars it is up to you to explain why you have the tools and be able to give the police no reason to doubt. Or else you could go to the lock up until you are cleared. Very strange section in the criminal code.

call a tow truck if you have AAA call them give them your info and have them send a tow truck to unlock your car. Call the dealer give them your vin number have them cut you a new key it like $3 for the key have a buddy run you iver after school to pick it up. They will ask for id and sometime proof of ownership.

you have to know someone with AAA.

in the future you should keep a spare key in your wallet or hidden somewhere on the car.

Just call the police (non-emergency number), they'll send out an officer with a jimmy for free.

Last time I locked my keys in my car during the day I took my VIN over to a dealer and had them make a few keys, which I then stashed at home, work, wallet, etc.

It's early in the day, so at least they're still open. Figure out how close the nearest Honda or Acura dealership is, and talk a friend into driving you there & back. It's a hell of a lot cheaper than a locksmith. Hell, if it's close enough, a key + cab fare could be less.

Just so everyone knows.

COPS DO NOT OPEN DOORS ANYMORE. I ALREADY TRIED 3 MONTHS AGO.

They said it had to do with liability and people complaining about scratched paint and stuff messed up in the door. So again....COPS DO NOT OPEN CARS ANYMORE!!

Most places will. Here they charge you for it... Ghey.

Seriously though, pop the window out a little bit. It looks horrible, but it works. I've done it twice on the CRX with no problems, never tried on an EG.

Cops stopped opening cars with power locks ages ago, because the cop snags a wire, gets a shock, city gets double lawsuit (owner for vehicle damage + policeman for medical). Given how virtually every car today comes with power locks, I'd be very surprised if there's many police departments left who are willing to deal with all that liability.

It doesn't apply to everyone.

Cops around here (Santa Ana, CA) will open up doors for you.

I just called them to unlock my Del Sol (with power locks) last week.
They had me sign a waiver and had it open in 10 seconds.

I'm located in Chicago.

EDIT:
Some of the older Hondas have worn key-internals that allow other honda keys to open the doors. My keys work on my friends accord and civic. His don't work on mine though. This works for the doors only, not the ignition.

the fatsest way to do it is get two hangers connect them, get a crow bar and pray the top of the door and get the hanger in there and pop the hatch
