Default A little suspension help, please

OK, here's my setup:
92 CX with a B16A, bunch of motor work done, thermal exhaust
AGX struts
Eibach pro springs
Just had the springs/struts installed. When I go over hard bumps and am accelerating, I've heard some scraping. Am thinking it may be the exhaust since it looks like it is the lowest part of the car, but haven't seen any obvious scrapes.
What should I do/get next?
Am thinking of mugen/skunk2 strut tower bars
What about sway bars? Some are pointing me towards Suspension Techniques rear and a stock Del sol/Si front bar (the Suspension Techniques front is too stiff...?). I'm looking at 95% daily driving (which is on some pretty twisty roads) and the rest auto-x/track.
I'm not considering a tie bar at the moment. Should I? How about the Energy Suspension bushing kit?
Which of the above are the "most important" and should be done first?

thanks!

Try the honda-Tech classifieds. beaksproducts.com, look into their reinforcement kit, too. Good luck, y0!
