No it isn't. There is no such thing as a USDM CTR.
That is the lip kit that was option on the USDM 1998 Civic coupe. It's very uncommon.
Btw, you got ripped off.
More info (and lots of hating) here:

They're very difficult to find. If the OP manages to get one, that will make three people on this site that I know of having the complete lip kit. I am one, and watisjdm is the second.

She knows, that's why she said you got ripped off. You didn't know what you had and sold it for dirt.

It's good that you didn't throw it away (never understood people throwing away perfectly good parts...), but you could have made a lot more off of it is what I was saying.
Granted it was damaged, but still, it was worth a bit more.
I mean, I wouldn't want to swap a K-series into my car, but in the event that I had one sitting around, I would research and sell it for what it's worth, not just give it away because I didn't want it.

The part number is not on the lip. If they're in the box, the part number will be there.
I've never seen a replica of this lip before.

They don't still sell them, they just have the parts listed. I've had it happen to me a lot with them when trying to order discontinued parts. There are none left at any dealerships.
