Default Leejen, question for you.

I would have IM you but you have it disabled so hope admins don't mind
But here it goes. Anyways you have carbon fiber door panels. I recently tried to cover the carpeted section with vinyl. Well that was a major paine gettting those two pieces seperated to pull the carpet off. The glue I was using didn't hold up to well here in the Az heat so I was thinking about doing carbon fiber or I will just pay an upholstery shop to vinyl them dark grey like I tried. But I would like to know where you got your fiber from and about how much did it cost you?

I got it from a composite company in town. I don't have the name
of it right off hand, but they should be in the phone book.
Any composite company will charge between $25-65 depending on what
you want. The epoxy was around $15. It is not that complicated, especially since it was the 3rd or 4th object I tried to do on my car.
The bitch was the hatch spoiler. I am going to re-design mine and put an
LED in it. If you check the site this weekend, I should have all of the files back up.
I need to get my lazy *** to do the front chin spoiler like I have been wanting to do.

Sorry I don't have all the info.... I did my CF stuff over a year and a half ago and I have a crappy memory.

Kinda Creepy seeing my name in a topic of discussion. I thought I was more low key than that.

I just finished putting my pics back on the site.
I have to mess with the other guys' stuff and get them
on soon too.
Does that make me selfish, or just the webmaster?

i'll go check it out, front chin spoiler should be interesting. I'll have to give it a try. Are you using the ex/si as a mold?

No, going with an original design. Prolly won't get started until
fall or winter. You know how hot it is right now. Today 108-109?

I can wait.
