Kumho vs. Yokes
I plan on purchasing some 15" Rotas after Christmas. I'm assuming that 205/50/15 is the ideal size for tires. I've narrowed my choices down to 2:
Kumho Supra 712 ($57)
Yokohama AVS ES100 ($73)
I previously had the Kumhos on my 17" wheels but I have never ridden on the Yokes so I have nothing to compare to. Can anybody give me some feedback on either? Also, don't tell me to get Azenis. Thanks.

Re: Kumho vs. Yokes (EJ1)
If you go with a 195/50/15 you can get Bridgestone Potenza Pole Position S-03's for 79 apiece.
Too bad Kumho hasn't released the MX in a 15 inch size yet...

What is a reputable place to buy tires off of online? My quoted prices are from Tire Rack but they don't have free shipping so...?

I have the 195/50/15 on my Si rims. They are real sticky on dry roads and have great traction on wet roads. Plus they are really quieter than the Michilens I had before.

Re: Kumho vs. Yokes (Spade)
I like the Kuhmo's for their ware rating.
I had 205/40/17 Kumhos 712's and now have 205/45/16 712's sitting in the garage waiting to go on my Rota's.
Extremely happy with the Kumho's the first time around. Read up on this topic and 95% of people also love their Kumho's. IMO, for the price I don't see myself going with another tire!

I had them in that exact size, and loved them. After they wore out, I went Azenis because I wanted better grip in the corners, and it doesn't rain much here.
