Koni Yellows or Tokico Illuminas? Cant Decide!!
I'm really having trouble deciding between the tokico illuminas or the koni yellows for my 93 del sol. their gonna be paired with GC coilovers. I found some illuminas on ebay for $380 shipped and can get the koni's for $450, but if i get the koni's thats an extra $40 for the coilovers too. so my question is, is what makes getting the koni's worth the extra $110?

Well when i get my gc im getting koni yellows. They have a lifetime warranty and have heard only good things about them. I've heard good things about illuminas too but dont know about there warranty.

so pretty much $110 bucks for a lifetime warranty and a couple extra settings? anyone know if the ride quality is any better? that lifetime warranty sounds damn good though lol.

dito..... the Konis have several perch locations. 2 on the front and 3 in the rear....
so even with stock springs you could probably get a drop of 1-1.5inch in the front and 1-2inches in the rear just by moving a small clip.
not that youll really need them.LOL but id have to agree with Koni yellows... ive had them for a few months now and still love them...

Want to jump on the bandwagon then go ahead. Illuminas do come with a lifetime warranty. I never heard about the clips on the konis that sounds interesting. I got my GC and illuminas set up in the mail on the way. Last time I had illuminas and ebay coilovers and it was decent. This set up will be great for the money. You buy something else for your car with the money you save.
