Default Kamikaze Header..

anyone running this header.. if so? what did you do with the cat... i don't think i want to eliminate it, because the exhaust will sound like crap if i do.. not gonna do that..

can i just cut off the flange off the stock one and weld on a 2.5 flange?

i plan on getting the Apex'i WS exhaust, so everything is quiet..

It would help if we knew what motor u were running. if u are running a SOHC Vtec. i felt a lil bit in the mid-top end but not that much. Id stick with DC.

dude, Ive heard from Zdyne and other places say that the kamakazi header is best for supercharged engines because of the short primaries. not to dog your header, but you might feel a lot more power with a DC or JGedlebrock one

yeah the Kamikaze is mostly good for sc or nitrous engines. As for the cat get a bigger one, maybe from carsound or something.

don't use that header unless you have a supercharger or nitrous. My friend has one on his hatch and he lost like all low end power.

I have this header on my car and I love it, works great and have no complaints whatsoever... except I am supercharged, and I noticed a very nice butt-dyno gain.
