Can i do a k20 swap to my 97 civic sedan? How much does it run for the complete swap?

Yes, people have done it ranging anywhere from $4000 to well over 8000 when its all said and done. It depends on how much work you want to do yourself (wiring etc) and how hard you look for good deals. As mentioned above, K20a.org is a very good resource.

Danny from AMSeven has a sick four door with a K20 in it. Search for that.
