Default Just swapped LS in and running really weird

okay, today i just got done with my LS swap into my 1992 honda civic coupe OBD1, well anyways i used my harness from my B16 i had in before! today when it started and test drove it- it doesnt let me go passed 3.5 rpm it sounds like a governor kicks in? Also when i was driving it, it makes a tu tu tu tu noise LOL like a misfire or its just running really rough!, i noticed my TPS sensor is brocken and not functional, also have another extra plug that looks like the plug for the TPS sensor on my harness can anyone help me! my car sounds like it has a big *** exhaust leak or something! Also my Speedometer does not work? my RPM's do though? my car sounds like a WRX or a V8 someone help please!

Can my timing be off?
can my sensor plugs on my harness be plugged in the wrong spot?

PLease Help! any help would be aprciated, thanks for looking

this is almost the same thing thats happening too me?

first thing first.
you cant rev past 3.5k rpm? that mean limp mode, three things can cause this, one is a bad ecu, the other is a bad program (chip) the other is.... hmm cant thing of it. when i comes to me ill post

bad ecu, and bad chip wouldnt allow the car to crank.

OP: you have a problem, you used the wrong harness, probably the wrong ECU, and now with a VERY brief description want us to fix it, GOOD LUCK.

yes, you most likely have the map and TPS switched, swap them and reset the codes, then paypal me $50.

get a TPS sensor, connect it to the right plug, get the map sensor connected to the right plug, and fix the fuel leak, DAMN, OBVIOUS PROBLEMS WILL NOT GO AWAY, FIX THEM FIRST, AND IF YOU ARE LUCKY IT WILL FIX THE RUNNING PROBLEM.

i dont think that is the reason for limp mode, but its not helping, swap the map sensor plug and it should run better, but you need to fix all the obvious stuff.

BTW: the extra plug you have is probably the knock sensor plug, oh wait, you said it looks like the TPS plug??? you should have 2 that look like the TPS, one is map other is TPS, and 2 others that look alike, one is IACV and other is something else, if you get them wrong it will fry your ECU.
