Default Just sprayed my 2nd layer clearcoat, need help (it's dull)

I just did my second layer of clearcoat after my first one 20 mintues ago. The first layer was very shiny but the second layer is very dull. Is it possible to fix this on my next layer? Also i'm doing this on carbon fiber.

I dont know the products your using, but when i use dupont and u-tec i usually let about 5-10min for flashing between coats. Did you spray it the same? To make it shine you need to go slower, but not slow where you'll run it. If its not too bad you can wet sand with 1500-2000 and buff it.
