Default just a couple internals!

EDIT: What Do You All Think Of This Setup?

D16a6 block
Z6 Vtec head
88-89 D16A1 (p29) pistons
ZEX street/strip camshaft
Walbro 255lph fuel pump

-what head gasket should i go with and any other suggestions? this will be a daily driven motor and later will be boosted on a custom turbo setup.

EDIT #2: should i go with an EX tranny? will it fit the D16a6 block?

well that all depends on how high u want ur compression, someone who has a compression calculator could prolly better answer that, i'm not exactly sure, r u having ur head milled at all?

no not at all, the block and head will be completely stripped and cleaned then put back together with out any mill work done at all.
