This is the tech section... post this in the "For Sale" forum and don't hijack someone else's thread.

Update
Washed the junkyard civic today for the first time in who knows how long.

Put the front lip that it came with on last night and wired up the other fog light that I assume the forklift ripped the wires on.

Lowered it a little more last night

No detail clean but it cleaned up nicely.

im jealous of myself haha. this ek was such an awesome find, its cleaning up nicely. first set of parts coming in Monday, SHIFT **** and FRONT GRILL!! haha. My ef sedan broke down on me so I bought a trip permit for the ek and this is now my 2nd day driving my ek to work. made its first 75 mile trip. has some issues, after the car wash it started running really rough at low rpm but great at high rpm and today on my way into work it ran awesome up until I got to work then it started running funky again. so Im going to have to dig into that issue this weekend.

Issues or not that’s a fantastic find brother. I bet the issues are something minor. Always goes that way. 👍🏻

from what I've gathered with reading about other peoples cars acting up after car wash, something got wet, I just need to take the time and figure out what got wet. and I will say for how low it is, it rides really good. I am very impressed, I don't jump all over the road, I don't bounce out of my seat haha.

I got stopped in a Fred Meyer parking lot asking if I want to buy this and I offered $40. So I guess I’ll a put an si cluster in.

Sorry for the sideways phots, I don’t know why they keep showing up that way. I don’t take the pictures sideway. Anyways! I got home from work and in a matter of minutes I have the si cluster installed and everything works.

Was fun while it lasted. I just set the grill on to see how it looked and a buddy came over and I got distracted working on my other car and before he left I took him for a ride and I lost my grill... found it around the block smashed!! Hahha. Sad day.

I failed inspection due to srs stuck on. After many attempts trying to reset the srs module it kept on reading error codes. Sooo I had to tear into the daily... took everything srs related, replaced a cut harness I found and replaced the module and now my srs light is fixed! I can now pass inspection. hopefully.

I've never failed inspection from airbag or srs light.

they were strict on that. Light has to turn on and turn off with car running. Mine stayed on.
