Default Jumped timing?

When last time I checked...I was running 10 btdc on my stock JRSC GSR, I just checked it because my car was running lean (check other post) and it is back at 18, WTF, could it be my timing belt slipped a tooth?

any ideas?

Mods
95 gsr swap into 93 civic
JRSC
MSD SCI
MSD blaster ss coil
holley 255 fuel pump
aem fuel filter, fpr, fuel rail

Thanks

Slipping a tooth would cause it to run super lean (hot). I guess it's a possibility.
