J's Racing fender flares
Does anyone make a J's racing flare knockoff for the EK?
Either way is there a rear set to match the flare on the front?
I'm guessing there isnt, but is it possible to mount a front set on the rear?

Well that could be a possibility, but I dunno if I wanna buy two sets at $600+ a piece.
and why do I have to buy the real thing, because it says J's racing on it?

If I could get an exact replica for $100 instead of spending $600, I'm not going to spend the extra $500 just to make myself look cool.
Besides, J's racing parts aren't the easiest to find, especially these flares.

I like how those flares look imo, but they'd also look good if they had it for the rears as well? So I was looking for these flares and I couldn't find them on J's site....Where can you also buy the real fender flares? Can some one direct me to either or of them thanks .

just an little info, this is my buddy using my name sometimes so this isnt me asking about the flares. I wouldnt rock those Js or not. Love the car the way it is out of the box!!! To each is own though....I like them on that hatch.

Why would you want a set for the rear? 
The fronts are to accommodate wider offset and width front wheels for circuit and drag. They are for a FWD car, thus why they're only made for the front.
I know Toto is selling a set mounted on EK9 fenders, already primed and trimmed for max clearance. He wants $600 + shipping for the pair.

I believe J's racing has discontinued the fender flares. This particular set was suppossedly produced for an EF, and was purchased 4 years ago (not by me). From what I heard, all the fender flares are universal, so fabrication had to be done to make them fit properly. I had to shave off quite a bit of material off the front and rear of the flares to make it sit flush. The molds on the flares were very rough and crude.
As for a replica, not sure who makes a replica.. maybe you can try flares made for 240sx or ae86 or something..
Also as mentioned by Eran, there is no point in running flares in the rear. Since our cars are front wheel drive, that is where all the traction is. Using flares allows you to fit wider front wheels/tires.
The car does get used/driven hard at the track. At the moment, it is taking timeout, due to trust/reliability issues with the engine, and because it is pending features. Also need to redo the whole suspension setup. But it will be back on track later in the year..

are you or any of your buddy's/buddy's buddy's good with fiberglass? just get some foam blocks, attatch them to the fender, then smooth and shape the blocks down to make a set of flairs that you like, and that noone else will have. once you get the foam carved, cover it in aluminum foil, and start applying your resin and glass, let it dry, sand it down a bit, throw on some glazing putty, and just a little body filler to smooth it onto the fenders after you get it bolted on, paint it, and you got yourself a set of custom flaired fenders, cut out whatever you need clearenced, and your set. you can do this for your front and rear fenders if you like, your only real expense will be a few hours of fab time, and paint. glass is cheap foam is cheap. just go down to the local hobby store, your set.

cut 2 tabs begging of the fender flare and at the end, bend the tab outwards, form with a body hammer and dolly, tack t pieaces of thin guage MS grind it down.
fender flares were origanlly used to get wider tires in the car without RUBBING not sticking out, see how the plastic isnt funcional.
that in conjuction with tubbing the rear wheels were the old school way.
bolting on plastic to a honda is rice, will be seen as rice, besides the few who think OMFGjdm trash can dust box, and stickers FTW

and i don't get why the "plastic" pieces aren't functional.. . my stock fenders are cut about 1.5" underneath the fender flares.. the "plastic" pieces are there so i can run wider wheels/tires. right now i'm using spacers, but going to order some 9" wheels to fit under the flares..
