Ok, well I just got done installing it. Easy installation! 
Its pretty neat. I just have some idle adjusting to do. But, the car gets up quicker overall.
I dont think its worth the $300 to buy a new one. I would suggest the Venom 400.

JUNK...
I have had the Venom 400 in my Si, and my friend had the JET in his EX... Jet SUCKED... I made more HP on the butt dyno by programming his fields vtec controller than with his Jet ECU.
