For what year? I'm pretty sure you could get the parts from up here(Canada) since all our cars come with DRLs, but I don't know exactly what you need

yeah, i'm curious too. i guess he might be asking how you would wire the city lights to make it come on in the "park" position, and without the corners lighting up.

Re: JDM running lights (martilafox)
Well i have the JDM front end for my teg, and there are no running lights. They are on when the parking lights and headlights are on only. If you mean just the little bulb that you want to wire yourself, you will have to modify the headlight.

Re: JDM running lights (GZR4DR)
it's a 96 Civic
what i want is the running light/turn signal bulb to go off when i turn the head lights on but the turn signals to still be fully functional
i've heard that is the way they are in japan and i think it would look cool

uhhhh the signals no longer light up on the first click....the city lights turn on. also, the city lights are always on even when you turn the headlights on. wiring is simple.

Re: JDM running lights (spnhb)
there are 3 wires going to your turn signal... a black in the middle and on the sides u have a green/yellow and on the other side a red/black... take out the red/black and then the turn signals wont come on unless u are turning... the bulbs wont light up when u turn the lights on... i havent done it yet... but i would use this wire for city lights... im just leaving it unplugged considering i dont have jdm headlights

Re: JDM running lights (ek9t)
that would solve half the problem
but i want them to come on when i turn the switch 1 notch
then go off on the 2nd notch
i don't have city lights, unless you mean the USDM stock lights that come on on the first click

Re: JDM running lights (BlingBlingCivic)
i got my city lights done yesterday and they come on with the side markers and its easier if they just stay on with the headlights and they do not look bad at all .Also blingblingcivic , did you get city lights to go with your headlights ?if not you could use the ones that come out of 97 prelude ,just have to get them from the dealer and there not expensive at all.
