JDM gsr valve clearance

Default JDM gsr valve clearance
are both usdm and jdm valve clearances the same. IN: .017 EX: .019 ?

tried adjusting them tonight and both of these numbers made the rocker arms extrememly loose.

i think its 15 and 17 not 17 and 19
