nice write up...I just bought this conversion so I have been reading this. I just need to source a couple more small brackets. Thanks!

Re: JDM Gathers rear interior from Mr. Spoon's personal EG6 install in my EG
I´m installing a EG6 SiR-II interior to my EG3 DX. It all went nicely, but theres a strange gaps in both sides of the rear seat (between the storage boxes and seat). I can clearly see the car body colour between those gaps, so thats far from ideal. In JDM interior there are screw holes in that area, but the car body doesnt have anything where to attach the screws. I´m just wondering that am i missing some brackets? I´ve tried to google some pics from SiR or VTi, but no luck.
I dont mean those two vertical holes in the plastics that dont have a place in EDM body. I mean those two (one in each side of the car) screw holes in the JDM interior that dont have anything to attach. Near the rear seat hinges and ABS control unit.
Edit: Found a pic of the problematic area. I mean the mounting point just a little bit right from the red power cable.
Otherwise interior fits nicely (just a test fit to make sure everything lines up perfectly, dont mind the rear box fitment, it isnt attached yet and theres a seat belt in between the parts):

Yes, I saw this started ~8 years ago, but from the descriptions I bet some of those pictures were awesome.
I am guessing we will not see them as it looks like @fungus mungus has not been around since 2016...

I’m still alive and kicking! But the Civic is gone. I have an EP3 as a daily and an FB RX-7 as my fun/track car. I never throw anything away. I’ll see if I can dig up any of my old photos.

I love the little storage compartments in those JDM rear side panels, and the twin speakers. Can you put those in and keep the same rear seat? Or does seat need to get narrower?
Glad you are still around!

The rear seat from the USDM car doesn't work with the Gathers side panels with those storage compartments. It's an all-or-nothing deal.
OK, I found my pics. I'm not sure i can edit my original posts, but if I can, I'll figure out how to refer back to them and post the pics.

Hi fm -- Long time, no see! You should still be able to edit your original post. Upload to either the integrated photo hosting on honda-tech or else a host that won't buleet your pics ever ... imgur comes to mind.

Good read! Here is a (probably lame) question - how do you remove the USDM rear set backs?
A few years ago I took my entire interior out to clean it, but did not see how to remove the rear seat backs, so I left them in...

Deschlong did the door open indicator on a USDM cluster write up here.
I did the YELLR Yellow Box speedo calibrator install on the JDM cluster in my Civic.
I did the door open indicator mod as well, but I believe I got the info from Deschlong.

IIRC, there are some circlips on the left and right of the seats that you can get to when you fold the seat down. Hold on a sec...

Re: JDM Gathers rear interior from Mr. Spoon's personal EG6 install in my EG
Bringing this back again from the dead...
Hope someone can confirm this...I may have access to the JDM EG6 rear interior seats, t-bracket, and rear cargo box, but that's it. Do I absolutely need the JDM rear side panels to have this fit, or can this somehow work w/ the USDM rear side panels?

Yeah I have the cargo box and it sits up about 6 inches above the floor of the USDM/CDM cargo side panel setup.
Paid 120 bucks for a rare box I can't use with anything..... Doh!!
