you have to change out your hub. i believe either the prelude or the accord, or both not sure. you might even have to change the caliper, pads, and rotors. not sure though, do a search, there is plenty of threads covering this topic.

Re: JDM DC2 rims in 00 EM1 (NAlover)
when i searched i typed
"4x114 conversion"
"4x114 brake conversio"
"civic 4x114 jdm brake conversion"
don't just type one way. try different ways to get what your looking for. just by moving or re-wording things it can make the difference you need.

now that i'm thinking about it. i think all you need is the hub from a prelude, and then you have to redrill your rotors to fit the hub. i think that's it. not sure though, but if it is then it's cake!

-Steve from Hmotorsonline.com sells a complete changeover for just $300 (scroll down to the DC2 section)
-Here's a how-to I found for you(it's for an EK, but the procedure should be almost exactly the same:

I'm not sure if that'll work; here's a thread i found about swapping the rears(last post):

Some times you need to search the "Archived Content" instead of the "Recent Content" The option is the right of the "Search For" box under "Data set"
Hope this helps! 8)
