i have a 1995 honda civic dx 1.5l non vtec
just put in a jdm d15b now the car wont start i checked the timing bought a new distributor any chance that could be off 180....also since i relaced the dizzy cause my old one didnt fit do i need to change the alterntor and starter?? the car sounds like it wants to start but wont go....

second my vtec solenoid has a single wire coming off that is cut where does this go? to the ecu? if so which pin

what color is the wire cut on the vtec silinoid? if its black, just ground it
