Dunno, but its pretty pointless since you wont get any stations here on it, and the navigation won't work.
Did you search?
And by search, i mean on this site, in the archives.

it won't get stations because radio stations in japan transmit at different frequencies than in north america. and the navigation won't work because the software won't have US roads programed into it. good luck with it though, i'd like to see the outcome if you can get over those major hurdles.

Re: (UberMunkey)
i'll be nice, the radio will work if get a part from radio shack to allow the radio to recieve the stations over here, i think its called an FM expander (but dont quote me on that)
and the navigation would work if you can find a compatable cd with the US road system on it so i would suggest trying a cd from a US car that came with navigation.
Good luck and stay positve and keep trying, if all else fails you can always sell it on ebay

well most older honda navigation systems work off a rom cartridge, so thats out, and all the newer ones are DVD based, so those too are out. i don't know if honda ever even had CD based navigation in US cars. if you do find one, let people know, this question gets asked alot.

sorry i was unaware of the workings of the usdm naviagtion, i thought they all work on cd rom applications. to me.
but anyways, you can get the radio to work. so basically you spent big bucks on some bling factor and an oem radio

Everything I know about it has already been said.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Me too. Alpine is possibly the company that makes that system for Honda. You could try an older Alpine CD navigation CD, since they are all basically the same system, it might work.
No need to be a dick because you didn't get the answer you wanted.
