Default jdm cluster light.....

i have an eg with a JDM cluster, and i was just wondering what the lights on the clusters mean. the light to the left of the oil light on my cluster is lit up. i was wondering what it is so i could find out if there is anything wrong with the car.

Catalytic converter icon. Just lets you know when it has warmed up.

I haven't got a pic handy, but it just looks like a catalytic converter with heat lines coming off it.

Probably, A friend of mine has a '92 SiR hatch, a real one, i've never seen the light come on in it. It has the sensor too, it screws directly into the cat, so yeah i assume its some sort of MIL, but this all just speculation, i just don't have access to any sort of info on it.

He didn't, but he just bought it probably less than a month ago so maybe the previous owner did this, he bought it straight from an importer btw.
