Default jdm civic ek4 climate control?

I just bought a ek4 climate control with the coinpocket and digital a/c readout. Its going into a 1999 civc dx hatch. I was wondering about what problems i will be running into during the installation? Ive searched for this topic, but it seems like everyones too scared to do it!

Any help would be greatly appreciated--

Shouldnt run into any problems. 99-00 is Electric just like the controls on the EK4.

You might need to wire that seperate. Just a power source and ground most likely.

loooks good, but didn't you have trouble fitting the climate control? Did you have to cut/sahve down the vents? The wiring too, it doesn't really match up, you have to rewire everything since the harnesses don't match up.

Nice advice since he already has a 99-00, so theres no need to post that.

I'm not 100% but to get the whole automatic climate control thing to work 100% is it did in the origional car, you need the heater core and blower box, and the sub harness.

Remember, while the 99-00 has electronic controls, it's not automatic
