JDM B16 CEL 14 IAVC -- Low Idle Speed
So ive clean my IAVC and my FITV and my Intake Maifold still collects alot more air before it revs up my car. Any other idea what it can be.

If you reset the ECU, do both codes return?
With engine warm and high idling, pull off the air intake and then use your finger to cover the hole inside the TB leading to the IACV. Does the idle settle down? Then do the same test on the hole leading to the FITV.

No it doesnt have a effect. just stays at a low idle, havent replaced the PCV and no i have tried adjusting the idle speed since ive gotten the engine started. The Idle used to be around 750-800 now it seems like its at 250-300 or lower after a little rev up to about 1500 once it goes down it almost wants to stall.

Check the resistance of the IACV and whether the IACV clip receives battery voltage with the key in ON(II). It doesn't seem to be working.

Unplug the IACV clip and then measure resistance across the two terminals of the sensor (not wire harness clip). It should read 8-15 Ohms.
The 2P IACV connector has a power wire (from main relay) and ground wire (from the ECU). The power wire should read battery voltage to body ground. The ground wire should have continuity from the IACV clip to the ECU.

In contrast, the voltage and continuity tests are done on terminals in the wire harness connector.
