I've had about enough, please help w/ climate control bulb
The Vehicle is a 99CivicEX
Okay, I wanted to do the DIY Amber Console/Cluster job. I am having the hardest time finding the bulb size/ and how many bulbs are in there. I know the cluster ones are 24, and I have heard the Climates are 24/74/194/special order, etc. Bulbs get expensive, SO I need the right ones. Can someone please help me out with:
How many bulbs are there in the Climate Control
What size are they
Thank you so so much if you have any input on this ahead of time.

Ken, I don't suck...
I have viewed that thread, and it helped me a lot with my guage cluster and removing my climate control...
However...
He doesn't specify the bulb size in the climate control. That's what I'm looking for, I have my guage cluster done. What the author of that thread did was use testors paint and removed his climate control bulbs. I am going to purchase amber bulbs or condoms if I can locate them. I have a good retailer for the orange bulbs. They are expensive, but I don't want it to fade because I have heard stories in other threads.
I promise you I searched, and searched, on other forums too. I can't seem to locate it. Now that you've directed me to that thread, do you think you can muster up the effort to provide me with the climate control size. If you do, I'll give you a dollar and a ..........matter of fact, make it two
Thanks for your input though. Afternoon approaching bump!

I know for a fact the climate bulbs for the 96-98 are 194's and there are 2 of them. I quickly browsed that thread and didn't see the listing, maybe you could possibly add to it .
Take off your climate control and see where the bulbs are I could almost guarantee they are either 194's or 24's.

The 96-98 are 194 I believe from viewing another thread. Let's pray they are for mine.
I might just go to pep boys and get some amber bulbs to use. They sell 24, and 194 in Amber. I'll buy 3 packs of each and keep the receipt. If not, I'll roll without a console for a few days until I experiment with different sizes.
I think I will put my .02 in with a writeup for this. Wish me luck I'll keep you posted.
