ITR susp setup?'s

How many people have the ITR susp(shocks, springs, swaybars). How does compare to stock or something over stock? I'm getting a car soon and he has done the ITR susp swap w/rlca and GSR brakes on a EG9 lx? Is this compareable to anything beyond stock and being the ITR came stock with 15's if I get 15" rims would I not even have to get a alignment done?
