ITR S80 Axles for EM1
Hey everyone, I also an EM1 with an ITR Transmission in my EM1 (S80). I just wanted to know where should I be buying replacement axles? I don't think a B Series axle would work? Any help would be appreciated.

re: ITR S80 Axles for EM1
I've got the 4 lug setup on my EM1, I just thought that the ITR/S80 tranny is LSD the splines might be bigger? Any recommendations as to brands or sites I should check out for axles?

Re: ITR S80 Axles
Transmission side is identical. Lengths are identical. USDM outers are identical. JDM outers (ITR only) are larger.
Raxles, DSS have good products. There are some newer players that I'm not familiar with so I have no idea of the quality. Parts store axles are GARBAGE, expect to spend about $450 shipped for a brand new set of something decent.
edit: the DSS ones are $299 for a set, I thought I remembered them being $399.

Unless a special differential or spool has been installed inside the transmission which may have a larger inner joint spline size, you will use the stock axles from your EM1. Order axles to fit your EM1 and you should be fine... assuming the transmission is stock on the inside.

Exactly!
www.rockauto.com has good quality axles for cheap. This is assuming you have a stock powertrain and not turbo/SC or the sort.
