For the EK, you do need a 99-00 Civic Si Endlinks.
For EG, I don't know.
To get Si endlinks you can buy them at a honda dealer for like 40-50 each I believe, but I could be wrong, or you can get lucky and find some on HT. I got mine on HT for 40 for a pair

Just use a Type-R lower control arm. Bolts right up to everything else. Plus, it allows (forces) you to use Type-R rear shocks. You also won't have to cut out that damn bushing anymore!
P.S. If you put on a larger sway bar than stock, you should reinforce the sub-frame where it bolts to. http://www.beaksproducts.com makes an awesome billet alluminum kit.

If you use the Si endlinks (and LCA) with the ITR rear bar, you're gonna need a collar to make up for the smaller bolt/larger hole in the swaybar. Like the one in the Beaks kit.
