itr 5-lug conversion

itr 5-lug conversion
a friend of mine told me that this conversion can be done to an ek hatch. if i were to do this swap what coilovers would i have to use?? 96-00 civic? or itr's?? i have no idea if they even have anything to do with one another. thanks
