i just recently swapped a jdm b16a with a b20 block in my 99 hx civic. to my knowledge everything else works but when i first start it it idles at about 2.5k. then it starts idling high-and then low. back and forth, back and forth. I am using an intake off a 90 integra. thanks.

 

i would like an answer to this question also......my car does it too....i have a 93si D16z6

 

Check your TPS. Reset your ecu, drive it aroudn for a while, and check for vaccum leaks. Could be lots of things. That problem is never a simple fix unfortunatly.

 

i dont have throotle linkage hooked up and it still does it
