99.9% of Hondas use the same thread pitch, 10x1.5

So to answer your question, yes, an integra shift **** will work with a civic shift arm.

if it helps, I've got a stock 91 LS shift **** in my 93 dx. I just like the look of it better than the stock teeny tiny civic shift ****. it screwed on no problem.

thanks....i like shift ***** without the 1-2-3-4-5-R on the top cause in the past i have had to much problem with the shift **** twisting more to the right over time so all the numbers and stuff are at an angle instead of straight so i just want one that is plain but still different. which is why i want a titanium but i hate there so much money.

Password:JDM sells a knockoff.

And yes, it'll fit. I will give you my kidney if an integra **** doesn't fit a civic (discounting 8th gen).
