integra ITR 5lug hubs in civic knuckles?
Im in the middle of swapping to 5lug in my 93 civic SI (non-abs rear discs) and already have large brakes in the front so getting a whole "5lug" swap doesnt really make alot of sense to me. I also like the idea of having all new bearings - just one less thing i have to replace.
Im wondering if i can buy USDM integra ITR hubs (5lug) with new wheel bearings and use my civic knuckles?
Im guessing the integra and civic hubs (other then 4lug/5lug of course) are the same, as are the wheel bearings. I just wanted to make sure before i bought them.
Also..what about the rear hubs? Im guessing they are the same too.
BTW new hubs from honda are $106 each from majestic honda and wheel bearings are $30 each from a local import parts store.
thanks,
liam

just get the ITR bearings...
I had new hubs and bearings pressed into my CTR 5 lug when I got it. I am 99% sure that the hubs and bearings will fit but I am not sure if the ITR calipers will bolt on to the civic knuckles... and you do need those...

Like i said above, i already have a big brake setup so i dont need the ITR calipers. I just needed to know about the hubs.
Thanks for the info.

well when you use those hubs you have to use the 5 lug rotors. which will need the ITR calipers.
You are doing this just so you can say that you have 5lug?
Do you have an AEM big brake kit?

I have NSX calipers which have already been modified to fit my civic knuckles. I have been using prelude rotors redrilled, but now i can swap to using ITR rotors. The major reason im doing this is because my wheel bearings are shot anyways and finding ITR rotors is easier.

I don't get it... You have now confused me... </TD></TR></TABLE>
Im going to do 5lug in the back too - which is going to be a little harder then the front IMO.
Im not really sure what i can do there. Can newer prelude rear calipers with lude rotors fit on the civic trailing arms? Id be happy with using my stock civic SI rear brakes, but then i have to deal with the whole 5lug disc rotor issue.

I think you are just going to have to cough up the cash for the ITR rears...
