Default integra coilovers on eg

i know you can use 94up integra coilovers on eg for even stiffer spring rates but i was told that you can't lower as far. is this true and if so does somebody know how far you CAN lower with them. i was thinking of ground controls for my hatch. thanks

You probably can't sit as low because the stiffer springs don't compress as much. You shouldn't go lower than 2.5 inches because it is too rough on the struts. If you want stiffer springs, just order stiffer springs with the coilovers from GC.
