Default Intalling power window and lock on a EK hatch

I just pick up a 97 Hatch CX.
It don't have power window or lock..
I am getting the alarm install next week, so I will have a power lock.
I just wonder how hard will be for me to get the power window?

can I just swap the door from the civic coupes.. so I will have all the switch and features.

are you building a car for speed? If so, why are you making it heavier?

You can swap the whole door.

AFAIK you need to swap the door and the wiring harness. after that it's just like having factory installed powerfeatures as far as your alarm system is concerned

cause the orginal window are having some problems, and I just don't want to use the manual window at all..
it is just much easier with a power window, and I can use the stock power locks with my alarm, less wires to play with.

back seat, and spare tire are all out of the car already, adding the power window and door lock is not going to make the car that heavy.

I used the window motors, switches, door panels, and factory lock actuators from a 2000 civic si in my 99 cx hatch, every thing works great. I couldn't use the factory wiring because the Si's have the factory alarm system which mine doesn't, and that controls the lock pulses. I wired it up myself with some relays, and soldered all of the connections and have had no probs since. If you need, I have some wiring diagrams for all the suff I can email or post or whatever. I assume you can use an ex setup as well.
