Take out the plugs and crank the motor to try to spit out any water from the cylinders...also can leave the plugs out and let it dry overnight or use a hairdryer and blow some air in there but best bet is to let it natually air dry. Anyone else?

Like I said, try takin the plugs out and using a flashlight to look down inside..see if you can tell how much water is in there. And then crank it with the plugs out to try to squirt some of it out. That and see if the plugs are fouled.

I'm just glad I have short ram. I hit puddles head on with my car like a good muff dive....
I dunno where that came from I'm just tired already.

Or while your plugs are out spray some carb cleaner in there and blow it out to evaporate moisture.

Maybe pull and clean the o2 sensor as well as it might have gotten condensated.

Look retards, the car has been running. Please stop suggesting taking out the plugs to 'dry out' the cylinders. They're dry

But, a tweaked rod is a possibility. Maybe some damaged valves...?

I'd do a compression test. May not show a bent rod, but any damage to head will be evident.

Seafoam. A coworker of mine hydrolocked his 95 5.0 mustang. We did a full tune up, but the stock airbox back in, and it still ran like ****. Finally an old timer told us to just try a can of Seafoam, if it doesnt work your only out a few bucks. We were highly skeptical but we tried it and after about a 1/4 tank of gas it ran fine!

EDIT: TO OP SORRY BRO JUMPED THE GUN
I only said that because ive seen alot of people lately asking for help than calling advice giversd stupid because that "cant be the problem" than continue to ask for help. It really pisses me off sometimes sorry i blew should have restrained myself and took a second look.

In all honesty id say continue pulling your plugs constantly see if they are getting wet still keep changing the oil as much as possible as well because. On only one change I doubt that it has all had a chance to escape if it got into the oil. Check the air filter for clogs of mud or anything and spray it with that filter cleaner or get a new cone.
