Intake piping for GS_R in 96-00 coupe

hey guys as anyone been able to take a short ram intake for their gsr and mate it to the cold air piping for the civic coupe.

they don't use the same diameter piping
gsr uses 3" while the civic uses 2.5"

i think i may be able to create some type of weird bypass valve that will fit the both of them
