Default intake manifold ?'s

need some feedback here... i want to upgrade on the intake manifold and throttle body on my 95 civic EX.. should i go aftermarket or just better OEM? Also, when i save enough for an exhaust after the intake manifold and throttle body, what kind of bends and size in the piping? please help!

I've heard LS intake manifolds or at the very least LS throttle bodies bolt right up.

Maybe someone else can shed more light on the subject?

thats cool.. im just looking to get a lil faster than my friends 94 Celica GT.. right now hes got i/e, and ive got a DC Sports filter but still got the stock hose.. i plan to get another hose (3" if it will fit), and im hoping the better manifold and a bigger throttle body will help me beat him.. right now he pulls about 1 car on me until 3rd gear VTEC but i still dont completely catch him..
