Default Which Intake??

I was just wondering what you guys think the best intake for my 97 civic (sohcvtec)??? like cai, if so which brand and all that ! Plannin on gettin one this week just want to know which is the best to choose !

an intake is an intake. just get a tube and a k&n filter.

Oh my god i cant believe you just asked this freakin question and your not even a noob. How many past posts do u think there are about intakes on here?? I just searched intake and got 621 results. TRY SEARCHING FIRST!!!!!

cp products makes a nice intake and it has a k&n filter. if you search ebay it should come up an its around 80usd.

Seriously. This thread should just be locked. An intake is an intake, people put it up on a pedestal like paying that extra $100 for an AEM v2 is actually going to make any difference at all. It's an intake for christ's sake, your car is still probably going to be slow no matter how much it costs or what color it is

No man, I didn't mean it as an insult to you or your car, all I'm saying is you will probably be disappointed with the results you get from spending money on a more expensive intake.

Just get a cheap pipe, and a decent filter and you'll be set if you really want to buy an intake.

true..on ebay, they have the cheap intake piping on ebay packaged with a k&n for a decent price .

how r the carb laws in TX..??? if theres no worries about the carb laws then just get a cheap CAI and pop in a k/n filter....you can't go wrong with that....

thats all you need really, does the same thing any expensive intake does but for alot less money
