Re: Insurance Prices (vtecvoodoo)
do you have a swap? also do you have to report about having a swap? LIke if your car gets stolen or what not, so you can replace the engine, or do you just have to keep recepts.

Yeah I'm getting shafted too. $175 a month full coverage. $100 and $250 deductables on a 93 si hatch. I'm 20 will be 21 in Dec and hope it will go down a little the. I'm sure my deductables are another reason my premium is so high. BTW this is with State Farm Insurance.

Re: Insurance Prices (nontec)
$85 a month.---You'd think this is very low.
I'm 32 years old with a family, and a PERFECT driving record.
It used to be $39 a month before I was hit by a stupid moron. It wasn't even my fault.
Gotta love no-fault insurance policy.

$58 a month for full coverage from Progressive. I listed my swap as ACPE (additional custom parts and equipment) at $4000 +. any insurance agt will be able to explain how acpe works, if they cant, get another agent. Also, I didn't state I had an engine swap, just 'custom work' .

Re: Insurance Prices (dinosa21)
The only reason these guys have low insurance rates is because they probably have their parents or older drivers under the same policy number...Oh and their records are fairly clean...Plus where you live makes a difference...
