Default Installing Airbags on Civic 94/95

Hello. I'm buying a civic very soon and I wanted to know if I buy one with a custom steering wheel, can I replace it with a stock one and install airbags?
Also if you could tell me how much it would cost and how easy it would be that would be great.
Thank you.

You can, you'll probably need the cable reel though. Personally I wouldn't bother though, those airbags had a tendency to deploy in low speed collisions and not in situations where they really could have helped.
