Re: Installing Ac writeup?????
Its not going to be bad I put the a/c back on my jdm front integra and there was nothing to start with, i evan had to bend some lines that went around the factory HID's that sucked. This was my frist time as well just take your time, get new o rings, new avaperatior canister, and have a a/c tech charge it. But it will be a little hard trying to fined all the parts from bolts, clamps, ect i just got lucky and a friend of mine just had took all his a/c off and had all the parts. Good luck.

Re: Installing Ac writeup?????
I bought all my A/C stuff off this forum from guys parting cars out, . Its not hard at all to install A/C on your car. The only thing I would recmmend is that you find an AC system from 94+ civics because they are R134A. you can buy the little A/C button that goes on your climate control for around $5.00. the wires from inside to out front are already there. heres a link to the install process, http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/.../17204_01.html
its a pretty simple install once you start, don't let the instructions scare you, I installed my A/C on a 94' civic si with no ac from the factory.
you can buy new valves, seals and caps from napa. you'll have to have your system charged at a shop unless you have the stuff to do it.

Re: Installing Ac writeup?????
to the OP...you can buy brackets, compressors, lines, climate controls, evap, condensor, reciever/dryer all online and since i dont know the law in CA you will proably need a shop to charge it up for you. might cost somewhere in the 600-1000 range and that might be worth it to you. you do not need any certificate in A/C to install these parts. your not messing with any gases/liquids
