Default Installed new Inatake manifold now I have 4 CEL!!!

Hey guys, I've just installed an AEBS with a omni 70 mm throttle body on my CRVtec and now I have 5 CELS 6-8-10-14-17.

6- ECT water temperature sensor
8-TDC sensor
10-IAT intake air temperature
14-IACV intake air control valve
17-VSS speed sensor

Would anybody think that a retune would get rid of some of these issues.

how does the tune effect CELs??? In fact he cant get tuned properly with CELs on.

OP, You need to make sure everything is plugged in properly. A lot of the plugs look similar so make sure they arent mixed up. After checking the wiring, reset the ecu by pulling the negative battery cable

what year and model car is it? what engine harness are you using?

it's a 96 cx civic and I bought the car with the engine already in it. I really don't know which harness was used since it seems to be modified alot.

with a tuning program you can disable alot of stuff.
but it sounds like he has some wiring problems.
did you mix up any plugs...it happens. iat plug on the iacv of map sensor on the tps etc.

not these things though . . the ECU needs the input from these sensors for proper operation...

Seen this many, many times though . . . check all the plugs, the easiest way since its a modified harness is to look at the wire colors and match them up to the correct sensors with a wiring diagram.

Best of luck!

Hey guys last night after work the car started and it just stalled I had to give it some gas to keep it running. It's really weird since at lunch time I had no issues when I wen't to fill her up. I've checked all my connections and evrything is well connected.
