I used this thread recently along with the WeakSauce version listed above.

Here are some pointers.
I purchased 88-91 Civic Shoe Horn PART #35259-SH3-A02 instead of using the pen clip. You'll need to cut the dashboard side off so that you can fit a female butt connector on it. A small screw to secure it will need to be sourced too.
We depinned my SRS unit and reused the clip instead of just pushing bare cable into the dash side harness clip. Just a cleaner way to do it!
What was left out was making the horn actually operate. Once the hub and QR are mounted, you have a black & yellow wire.
The black wire is a ground and needs to do so on the QR hub. We drlled out the connector spade hole and used the small brass screw circled in red to mount it.
The yellow wire goes to the spade on the horn button. This failed to work for me. I purchased a Personal steering wheel and it uses a single wire that must also contact the hub to complete the circuit. What we found was the inner hub is anodized black and didn't allow for the clip to make contact. I sanded the anodizing off in the clips location and *beep-beep-beep*.
Hope that helps
