Default inspecting bearings

ok so i was in the middle of installing arp rod bolts on my b18c1 block that i'm putting together (poor man's type R) and decided to check all my bearings. All looked pretty good except for rod bearings in cylinder 4,i cleaned the journal and checked it.It has very little scratches and ran my finger across feels smooth not at all what so ever rough. So i deided to replace allmy bearings with some ACL ones and i'm going to due some polishing on that journal.I'm really in a short budget so no taking crankshaft to mashine shop.Would this be an ok thing do due? Before i go ahead and due this would like hear any tip, advice or comments.

Here are some pics, sorry didn't know how to post
