No, they are different sizes. Do you think something that's a 2.0L (new ones are 2.2L) making 240hp is going to have the same injectors as a Civic?

Not sure, but with a B-series, you have to modify the fuel rail a little. Very easy. You also have to use slightly taller injector seals.

I think it's going to be the same with the D-series because I think the injectors between D and B are interchangeable. Don't quote me on that last sentence though.

Yeah, 360cc should be just fine. I'm running 310cc@7 pounds and they're not maxed yet, though they are getting close.

The biggest advantage to the S2000 injectors isn't the size, it's the spray pattern. You will achieve much better fuel atomization (and thus more power) with the S2000 injectors assuming your tuner is competent.

As opposed to which injectors? Stock Honda, DSM, or RC?

Pretty much all of them. Stock D/B series injectors and DSM injectors share a very similar spray pattern. Most RC's use the same basic pattern unless you get some custom injectors from them. The S2000 injectors are more similar to sportbike injectors than they are to most car injectors and offer a far superior spray pattern.
