INFO: B16A2 VS ITR MANIFOLD, WHATS THE DIFFERENCES?
LIKE THE TITLE SAYS. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE ITR AND THE B16 INTAKE MANIFOLD. ANY HELP WOULD WORK PLEASE.....

B series Type R intake Manifolds have a larger intake plenum and shorter runners.
ITR only helps if you have cams etc.

Yes, the ITR manifold has a larger plenum and shorter runners. It creates more top end breathing room.
No...the ITR manifold will help even with stock cams. So will the Skunk2 manifold. The gains are magnified as you mod more, but the gains will be present in stock form as well.
I'm sure someone will say "the manifold takes away from the low end". The B16A has no low end to begin with. If you add the manifold, you're not going to lose enough low end to make you annoyed. Trust me. The top end gains are more than worth it. B16As are only fast when you get them cranked. Top end is very important.
The skunk2 manifold is something to consider as well.

thanks alot for that info. i guess replacing my stock manifold with a itr will help since i do got cams.....
