Default I'm not a newbie i swear, haha

Can someone technically and in detail explain to me about how the intake and throttle body works? ..i ask this because I have installed 64 mm bored TB and b18c5 IM with an AEM CAI...when I installed the bored TB....my CAI has been making sounds at idle. If anyone took the hollow AEM CAI tube and tapped it with their fingers like their playing a piano, it makes consecutive hollow echoing sounds, thats what i'm hearing from my CAI. My only best theory is that since the TB is bored 64 mm theres extra/excessive air hovering around inside the intake causing it to make the sounds I described. I checked their air filter and its on tight, intake on tight on the tb, hose and sensor on secure...so no air is leaking out. Thats my best theory because when i rev the car...it drops to 1.1 rpm then when it drops to normal 700-800 rpms it makes the sound as the needle descends. So it makes the sounds when it drops from 1.1-1.3 rpm -> 700-800 rpm AND when i'm at idle. Sorry for the long post

Is the butterfly a tight fit in the TB, or are there gaps around it?

I uninstalled the TB and inspected it, Butterfly is good and doesn't stick, i even wd-40 it to be safe, I checked the TPS sensor and it has right voltage and all the hoses of that TB is on tight...and the throttle cable isn't an issue cause i loosen it back to stock settings

Maybe the sound your hearing is valve overlap? How does it run at the RPM's described?

the sounds the intake is making is pretty noticeable...how come i never heard anyone have these sounds on their AEM CAI...car runs fine..the noise is just annoying...its intake noise yes..but not intake filter noise....its tube noise..
