Default i'm buying a swapped b16 eg6 have one quetion.

Here is the deal, all I know is H22s and b18s. I don't know that much about b16s cause I never really liked them. But I'm about to buy an eg6 from this guy who has a b16 in it. I asked him what year was it and he said all he knows is that it came from a del sol. Is it b16a and b16a2 or is it b16a3? He said it is obd1 and I saw the ecu and it has obd1 plugs in it. So I guess my question is are all b16s engines the same?

Yep, same thing really. The specs will be the same as any other B16A, just the year of manufacture will be different and the OBD level will correspond to that time.
